VITEC, a leader in IPTV, video streaming and digital signage solutions, will showcase a range of hardware innovations and platform enhancements at NAB 2026 at Las Vegas Convention Center from April 18-22. At booth W1943, visitors will be able to explore the latest developments across VITEC’s IPTV and streaming ecosystem, including a preview of the upcoming Diamond-IP OG encoder, the latest EZ TV v8.5 platform release, the new X-Player end point range, and the compact X-View Integrated Display range.

NAB provides a fantastic opportunity to connect with our partners and demonstrate how VITEC continues to innovate across IPTV, streaming, and digital signage.
Colin Farquhar, SVP Sales, VITEC.

This year, we’re highlighting a combination of powerful software advancements and flexible hardware solutions that help organizations deliver high-quality video content reliably and at scale across broadcast, enterprise, and venue environments.”

Among the key highlights is the announcement of the Diamond-IP OG, VITEC’s upcoming high-density openGear-compatible encoder designed for modern IP contribution workflows. Supporting native SMPTE ST 2110 ingestion with ST 20227 hitless redundancy and NMOS integration, the solution can capture one 4K60p feed, or up to four HD feeds, over 25G SFP interfaces and encode them into multiple H.265 or H.264 streams for efficient delivery. Built-in support for leading transport protocols such as Zixi, SRT, RIST, and Pro-MPEG ensures reliable, low-latency streaming across a wide range of network environments.

VITEC will also present EZ TV v8.5, the latest evolution of its IPTV and digital signage platform. The release introduces improvements to scalability, usability, and security, including a redesigned Dynamic Data interface for signage creation, enhanced support for large-scale deployments, and a new IPTV-only synchronization mode for optimized playback. The platform also adds AI-powered object detection in the media library and expanded role-based access controls through full Active Directory integration.

Expanding the end-point ecosystem, VITEC will introduce the X-Player family, a new range of IPTV and digital signage end-points designed for flexible deployments. The first models in the range include the XP2526 featuring a built-in SFP interface to allow for the installation of a fiber transceiver, and the outdoor-ready XP2650 for harsh environments, both delivering reliable playback for IPTV and signage applications.

Also on display will be X-View, VITEC’s compact integrated display solution designed for IPTV and digital signage. These all-in-one screens combine display and media playback capabilities to simplify installations and enable efficient content delivery across corporate, venue, and hospitality environments.

Visitors will also be able to experience VSN video wall controllers, demonstrated at NAB for the first time as part of VITEC’s broader ecosystem. The technology enables seamless integration between IPTV streams and video wall environments, supporting applications such as control rooms, sports venues, and corporate command centres where flexible video distribution and display management are critical.

To support organizations with legacy infrastructure, VITEC will also highlight interoperability with Actelis hybrid networking solutions, enabling IPTV and digital signage services to be delivered over existing coaxial networks. This approach allows facilities to extend modern IP video capabilities without the disruption or cost of large-scale cabling upgrades, supporting hybrid environments where both IP and coax infrastructure are required.
